My Iconic (not really) Iced Coffee Recipe
Let's face it majority of us are addicted to caffeine. It's hard to start your day or go on with your task if you don't have that beautiful bitter substance running through your bloodstream, making your heart palpitate saying "WAKE UP AND GET THIS OVER WITH!!!"...or maybe not? no? Just me? 😂
Maybe you like coffee or maybe you don't...but either way...i would like to share with you my Legendary (not really) Home made iced coffee recipe 😀.
So the first step to making this daily dose of happiness in a cup of mine is...Get up! Get your butt up and if you are fortunate enough to have a coffee maker, then i beg you! try this out.
Ingredients and other stuff you'll need:

- A coffee maker
- Ground hazelnut coffee (or any coffee of your choice...this is just my preference)
- Ice
- A glass jar (or any container you have...i just find that glass cools faster in the fridge or freezer)
- Milk (any milk you like will do....maybe you even like breast milk and hey no one is judging you ok? i'm just saying.
- Sugar
- Patience
Instructions (for clarity purposes and so you don't end up in the hospital with a finger stuck in the microwave...and this whole thing doesn't even involve a microwave)
- Brew your coffee. Make it strong so it doesn't taste bland when it cools down. ( i usually use 2 scoops of coffee for 1 and a half cups of water.)
- Whilst that is brewing, add 1 tsp. or sugar to your glass container (add the sugar while the coffee is still hot so it melts with the coffee...I've made the mistake of adding the sugar after the coffee has cooled one too many times and ended up chewing bits of sugar after...so yea..you don't want that)
- Pour the coffee in the glass container.
- Let it sit in the freezer for about an hour ( or you can do it overnight. up to you)
- When the coffee has cooled down, Add the milk.
- This step is optional but you can add ice.
Now it's time to sit back and admire your efforts...maybe even take a pic of the effort you made but the most important part of it all is ENJOY!
I hope you all liked this recipe of mine and that you try it out. I hope you are all having a wonderful fully caffeinated day.
