here is a list of reasons why you don't have to wait for a new year to have a new start:

1. If you start a new habit at the beginning of the year and it only lasts about 3 days...you still have that 362 days ahead of you to reclaim yourself.

2. There is never a perfect timing or a perfect date for you to start feeling happy about what you are doing. it's either you do it or you don't.

3. You're the only one coming up with excuses. if somewhere in the world there is a person who manages to do a PhD,workout,have a job and a relationship or family...then don't doubt your chances of change.

4. Ask yourself if you are ready to be consistent. if you can't see yourself putting in the effort of applying it to your lifestyle, then you will only be wasting your time.

5. Don't compare yourself to others. your life is at your own pace, you make your own path, handle your own demons and face your challenges everyday. It's okay to have a role model, just don't get hung up over the fact that you don't have identical lifestyles.

6. Breathe. Take a break. Know that your effort no matter how much it is, it is good enough.
if you don't want to settle yourself for that, then PUSH but know your limits. don't feel guilty for rewarding yourself with some breathing room, your overall health will thank you for it.

7. Lastly, let go of the person you were yesterday. don't underestimate yourself. because the moment you decided to make a change and be happier was already progress.
