Happy October my beautiful busy bees! it has been such a hectic start of the month for me and it's only the 2nd week of October and wow! it's already the 2nd week of October?! that went by so fast I barely had time to breathe 😅.
I haven't been feeling the best lately because of some personal reasons and today I decided to take some time and unwind and chill for a bit and hangout with you and share some of the small things I've learned these past few weeks I've been M.I.A 😅.
We are often stressed out because of the lack of time we have to reflect on everything that's happening in our lives.
I found some things that got me through the anxiety that I've been having lately and I hope they will be able to help you 💓.

1. It's okay to cry.
Maybe you do it often or maybe you don't do it enough. Crying in my experience is a good short mental and emotional break. I don't know about you but I often feel a bit better after crying.
I feel that when you've been suppressing too much inside of you, you will feel better once you've let it out. It doesn't matter if you are a boy, girl or any gender. Crying is a sign of emotion, it means you're human, it is not a weakness.

2. The people around you.
Whether it's your family, friends, pets, or your significant other. think of someone you love being around with, someone you truly appreciate and makes you happy.
Maybe you haven't been taking the time to put aside a 5 minute conversation with them.

When was the last time you had a talk with the person you appreciate?
When was the last time you reminded them that you love them and that you are thankful that they are there for you even when you haven't found the time to be with them.
We often take the people we love for granted thinking that they are always gonna be there, it's time to face the reality that people will come and go, so while you still have the chance to tell them how much you love them, do it and don't stop.
Your social problems, job stress and school work is still gonna be there even after you've taken the time to tell the person you love..."I love you" "thank you for being here for me".

3. A hug. I'll make this short and sweet...like a good hug always is.
4. Not everything will always work out the way you plan it.
I know better than anyone how stressful it is to not have everything go your way.

5. Being PRESENT.
We are all guilty of feeling anxious over what could happen in a certain situation.
It will happen when it happens ok?
So just try and focus on where you are right now and be grateful for what you have.
